So lets say you are out in the wilderness, away from the internet and you've got a frying pan handy. You want to fry up some fish that you just caught in this lil trap you set up below. Grab chain saw and cut up a log. fill it with some kindling, pack it in the center and light. It should burn at a consistent rate so you can fry up your fish.

However don't you worry about a thing, because below I will post how to build a kitchen garden, step by step in 1 single picture. That's how I roll. I'm betting this could work in any backyard too. How to beat the heat

So I'll post some all in tips thing/pic. I've read it and I have noticed that I do most of these things and they do work. A lot of people ask me how I don't burn on the first hot day of summer while out at the beach or pool, and it's quite simple. It is explained below. However they just claim its cause most of my body hair blocks the sun... even though I'm not a yetti...so anyways have a read, could be beneficial to most.
